By applying for our Professional Development Program. You can work with Artists who have worked in places like Seattle, Portland, New York, Idaho, Colorado, Florida. Some of them Tony Award winning artists. And the best part is, they live right here in Salem! Most of our artist were born and raised here too. You get hands on work with the professionals of the field you would like to study and can pick the show you would like to work on! You also get a chance to watch our professionals work, see how other artists work in the room. You too get to be in the room where it happens!

We also designate the first hour of rehearsals to our Professional development program, where we will bring in workshops and allow people in our program to ask questions! We allow this so you can gain as much knowledge as you can from us! Work with us for one show, one season, or as many as you like. Either way you gain experience you will pay for in other places, while here you get to learn FOR FREE!!

Lastly by working with us, this gives you an opportunity for our staff to see you which may lead to paid positions and roles in future productions.
