If positions are filled we hire assistances (PAID) to help the flow of productions and potential become main designers in future projects. Click the button in the category you would like to submit. Please in your submission list the position and show you are applying for. You can apply for as little or as many positions you would like. Below are our current positions and what we are looking for in our company! All contracts are negotiable.
Designer / Crew

Once position is filled we will remove it from the list. Designers with minimal or only educational experience we ask to be assistance first. After one production, if you would like to keep working for Effin, you can then be brought on as a main designer.
When applying for any designer position, you will be asked to an interview to make sure you the director of that production work well together.
Directoral Positions

You must work as an Assistant director in one of our productions, after that if you would like to direct with us in our next season. You will be offered to make a directors pitch sometime in October of the current year.
When applying for any directional position, you will be asked to an interview to make sure you the director of that production work well together.
Management

You must work as an Assistant Stage Manager in one of our productions, after that if you would like to Stage Manger with us in our next season. We will send out in email of interest to see which show you would want to Stage Manage.
