Design, Tech, and Director Positions

Designer
Below is the positions of designers we are currently looking to fill:
BARE A POP OPERA:
Directed by Lex Bolsinger
- Set Designer
- Properties Designer
- Run Crew
MEN ON THE VERGE OF HIS-PANIC BREAKDOWN:
Directed by Lex Bolsinger
- Properties Designer
- Sound Designer
- Lighting Designer
- Set Dresser / Designer
HAMLET:
Directed by Claire Coulson
- Set Designer
- Costume Designer
- Properties Designer
- Sound Designer
- Run Crew
Once position is filled we will remove it from the list. Designers with minimal or only educational experience we ask to be assistance first. After one production, if you would like to keep working for Effin, you can then be brought on as a main designer.
When applying for any designer position, you will be asked to an interview to make sure you the director of that production work well together.

MEN ON THE VERGE OF HIS-PANIC BREAKDOWN:

You must work as an Assistant director in one of our productions, after that if you would like to direct with us in our next season. You will be offered to make a directors pitch sometime in October of the current year.
When applying for any directional position, you will be asked to an interview to make sure you the director of that production work well together.

You must work as an Assistant Stage Manager in one of our productions, after that if you would like to Stage Manger with us in our next season. We will send out in email of interest to see which show you would want to Stage Manage.
